I’m very excited to introduce you to Polly Wanna Solution and hope you and your pets will be interested in flying along with me. Quick summary:

My work involves behavior modification with difficult to manage/troubled pets and their owners primarily around San Diego though I am open to Zoom consultations globally. I have two decades of experience and success working with domestics, strays, and exotics. My work through PWS focuses on avian (bird), feline (cat), and exotic/wildlife behavioral modification and training, though I also have over a decade of professional dog training experience. I have experience with and can work with a wide range of species- just contact me with any inquiries or questions! I work hard, charge honestly, and try to be as efficient as possible.

  • This website is due for a major overhaul, changes coming as my schedule allows for editing!
  • I’m now an officially Certified Professional Animal Trainer  – Knowledge Assessed (CPAT-KA).
  • I’ve taken Dr. Susan Friedman’s Living and Learning with Animals (LLA) class twice, once as a full student (2018) and once as an auditor (2022)
  • I’ve spent the past four years working as the Community Animal Training Manager for San Diego. Humane Society and am delighted to offer several training classes through that platform:
  • Free 30-minute The Well-Socialized Pet chats on socializing kittens & puppies – chats are every weekend on Zoom, rotate through 6 socialization related topics 1/weekend, open to pets of all ages, register in advance.
  • The Trainable Cat: Levels 1 & 2; a live 3 week cat training class offered over Zoom for cats of all ages. Strong focus on basic behaviors and husbandry & handling training ($80).
  • Shy Cat – the first 5-week live class of it’s kind, offered over Zoom, cats not required to attend ($110).
