A previously injured and non-releasable resident of Trailside. I began his rehabilitation after he’d been at the facility for 9 years, he was very difficult to handle and afraid of people. Within 3 months I was able to handle him easily, and within 5 months, after my work had ended, other staff could handle him as well. I worked with him 2 days a week, for approximately 2-3hrs.
