The lovely personality filled Angel currently plucks her feathers, a habit which started when she was young and continues whenever she is stressed and seemingly out of habit. Resolving plucking is a primary goal, as is socializing her with Charlie (alpha) so that they may be housed together. Currently they live in adjacent cages.
